Phoebe is a 7 year old Bichon/Poodle cross. She weighs 16 lbs and a non shedding dog. Phoebe's is a very sweet and friendly girl. Her elderly owner had her puppy pad trained but her foster family is working with her on going outside too. She would love to be someone's little lap dog and constant companion. Phoebe would do best as the only dog who gets all your attention.

Phoebe has been vet checked, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is on heartworm/flea prevention.
