St Marys man charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor

An Auglaize County Municipal Court case has been filed against 35 year old Chrystyan Kline on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Court records show the criminal case was filed Thursday, October 9, and remains open. Judge R. Andrew Augsburger is assigned to the case.

A warrant was issued and returned Thursday, followed by a video arraignment. The municipal court docket lists Kline’s bond at $100,000, subject to a 10-percent cash deposit or surety bond.

The Auglaize County jail roster also lists Kline as being held on two probation violations. Bond on those violations is listed at $25,000 each, while the unlawful sexual conduct charge is shown as no bond on the jail roster.

Kline’s next court appearance is scheduled for Friday, October 16.

The charge is an allegation, and Kline is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
