OHSAA Soccer State Championships Moving to ScottsMiracle-Gro Field

OHSAA Soccer State Championships Moving to ScottsMiracle-Gro Field

The Ohio High School Athletic Association is moving this year’s soccer state championships to ScottsMiracle-Gro Field in downtown Columbus.

The home of Major League Soccer’s Columbus Crew will host all 10 championship games from November 13 through November 16. The 20,139-seat stadium previously hosted the OHSAA finals in 2021 and 2022.

The championships are being relocated because of turf maintenance at Historic Crew Stadium, which hosted the finals from 1999 through 2020 and again from 2023 through 2025.

The announcement is relevant to several area programs preparing for postseason competition. OHSAA assignments place the Celina, St. Marys Memorial and Wapakoneta boys and girls soccer teams in Division Three this season.

Tournament draw meetings are scheduled for Sunday, October 11. Regional competition will be held November 3 through November 8, followed by the state semifinals November 10 and 11.

All 10 championship games will be streamed live through the NFHS Network. State championship tickets will be available online through OHSAA.org/tickets.
