Celina Woman Indicted on Drug Possession and Paraphernalia Charges

A 36-year-old Celina woman has been indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on drug-related charges.

Jordan E. McGee is charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

According to the indictment, McGee is accused of knowingly possessing or using Adderall, a Schedule II controlled substance, in Mercer County on or about August 23. She is also accused of possessing drug paraphernalia during the same alleged incident.

The indictment was filed September 17 in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. McGee was served with a summons the following day.

She is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment September 30 at 9 a.m.

An indictment is a formal allegation and is not a finding of guilt.
