Fort Recovery, OH September 22, 2026:  Pumpkin Painting – The Fort Recovery Friends of the Library is once again hosting a Pumpkin Painting event at the library Saturday, October 3^rd, Monday, Tuesday, October 6th. Registration is now open for kids of all ages to sign up for an available session to paint a pumpkin.  Multiple sessions are available, but seats are limited. The cost is $2.00 per pumpkin for the general public and free for Friends of the Library members. All pumpkins and paint materials are provided. Fort Recovery, OH September 22, 2026:  Story Time Story time will begin again at the library on Friday, October 2^nd at 10:30 AM. Story times are held most Friday mornings at 10:30 AM and Tuesday evenings at 6:15 PM. Babies through preschool-aged children are invited with a parent or guardian to participate in story time. Sessions include books, activities, songs or crafts. No registration is required. Fort Recovery, OH September 22, 2026:  Story Time The Fort Recovery Public Library will be hosting a Used Book Sale Monday, October 19^th through Saturday, October 24^th  during normal business hours.  A free-will donation will be accepted for materials selected at the sale. The Library is currently accepting donations of clean and gently used books and movies for the sale. Items not accepted are materials in poor condition, encyclopedias, dictionaries, textbooks, magazines, cassettes and VHS tapes.  The Library is open Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 5:30 PM, on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Fort Recovery, OH September 22, 2026:  Music Time Babies through preschool age children and a parent or guardian are invited to participate in Music Time, a 30-minute session of movement and music, at the Fort Recovery Public Library. Music Time will be held at the library on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 AM on October 14^th, October 21^st, October 28^th, November 4^th, November 11^th, and November 18^th.
