Three Men Receive Jail Sentences in Mercer County Common Pleas Court

CELINA — Three men were sentenced Wednesday in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

Daniel Schulte was sentenced to 180 days in jail and received credit for 56 days already served. Schulte was previously indicted on a third-degree felony charge of possessing methamphetamine.

Joseph Hopson was sentenced to 180 days on each of three counts. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively, resulting in a total jail term of 540 days. Hopson received credit for 13 days already served.

Hopson was previously charged with fourth-degree felony safecracking, fifth-degree felony theft by deception and first-degree misdemeanor falsification.

Aaron Schuller was sentenced to 180 days in jail. Schuller was previously booked on a fifth-degree felony charge of drug possession.
