Wapakoneta Man Indicted In Auglaize County On Pandering Charges
A Wapakoneta man has been indicted in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court on charges related to pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
According to court records, 56-year-old James Bennett Burkhart, of 510 Ruby Street in Wapakoneta, is facing multiple fourth-degree felony counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. The case was filed June 30th and remains open.
Court records list the alleged offense date as December 30th, 2025, in Auglaize County. A warrant on indictment was issued June 30th through the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office.
