Wapakoneta Police Department Welcomes New Officer Gabrelle Dulebohn

The Wapakoneta Police Department is welcoming its newest officer.

Gabrelle “Gabby” Dulebohn recently completed the Basic Peace Officer Training Program at the Wright State University Lake Campus Police Academy.

According to the department, Dulebohn’s dream of becoming a police officer began at an early age after watching a K9 demonstration.

Dulebohn served in the U.S. Army from 2017 to 2022 and continues to serve in the Reserves. As a Wapakoneta native, she said she is excited for the opportunity to give back to the community she calls home.

For the next several weeks, Officer Dulebohn will complete field training with Sergeant Cody Jenkins on day shift.

The Wapakoneta Police Department said it is proud to welcome Officer Dulebohn and looks forward to her future service to the community.
