Grand Lake Health System Announces Chelsey Vann, RN as New Clinical Program Director of Award-Winning Wound Care Center

St. Marys, Ohio — Grand Lake Health System is pleased to announce Chelsey Vann, RN as the new Clinical Program Director of te Grand Lake Wound Care Center.

Since joining the Wound Care Center in 2023, Chelsey has demonstrated strong clinical expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. During her time with the organization, she has taken on increasing levels of responsibility within the program, earning the respect of both her colleagues and patients.

In her new role, Chelsey will oversee both the clinical and business operations of the Wound Care Center, ensuring continued excellence in patient outcomes, operational performance, and patient experience.

The Grand Lake Wound Care Center, opened in December 2009, has built a strong reputation for delivering advanced, specialized care to patients with chronic and non-healing wounds. The center is part of a national network managed by Healogics, Inc., the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services.

Over the years, the center has earned 23 national awards for clinical excellence, including repeated recognition as a Center of Distinction and Center of Excellence, reflecting high standards in patient satisfaction, healing outcomes, and clinical quality.

Patients treated at the Wound Care Center benefit from a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach that includes advanced therapies and evidence-based wound management techniques designed to improve healing and quality of life.
