Celina Man Given Community Control, Jail Time in Weapons and Pollution Case
A Celina man has received a new sentence after his community control was addressed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
Jeremy Cole, 35, was sentenced to 1 year of community control and 30 days in jail at a later date for having weapons under disability, a 3rd degree felony, and polluting state land or water, a 1st degree misdemeanor.
As part of the sentence, Cole was ordered to undergo treatment if recommended and to pay court costs.
