Celina City Council to meet February 23; water rates and concert series lease on agenda

Celina City Council will hold a Committee of the Whole meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026, followed by the regular council meeting at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at 225 North Main Street.

The meeting agenda includes the prayer and pledge, roll call, acceptance of the agenda, and approval of minutes from the February 9, 2026 regular council meeting. Council will also hear committee reports, including the Committee of the Whole report from February 9.

Two items are listed under old business for second reading:

• Ordinance 6 26 O, authorizing a lease agreement between the City of Celina and the Celina Concert Series for the lease of the Bryson Park District.

• Ordinance 7 26 O, amending Ordinance 62 09 O establishing water rates and declaring an emergency. The ordinance was amended February 9, 2026.
