New Bremen man arrested on warrant, faces juvenile related charges in Auglaize County Court

A 36 year old man from New Bremen has been arrested on a warrant and arraigned by video in Auglaize County Court.

Sunnykumar Patel faces three counts of disseminating matter harmful to a juvenile and one count of falsification. During the video arraignment, Patel entered a not guilty plea.

Bond was set at $10,000 with 10 percent allowed. Bond conditions include remaining in the State of Ohio, having no contact with anyone under 18 years of age, and surrendering his passport to the Clerk of Courts.

A bond hearing is scheduled for Thursday, January 29 at 10:15 a.m.
