Grand Lake Physician Practices (GLPP) will be CLOSED on Monday, January 26, 2026.

This also includes the Grand Lake Wellness Center and the KOC Walk-In Clinic at the JTDMH Outpatient Center.

All locations will reopen on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

This closure applies to Lab and X-ray services at the Wapakoneta, Minster, and Celina locations, as well as Medical Office Building lab services.
