According to a published report from The Lima News, the Auglaize County trial for a St. Marys woman accused of engaging in illegal sexual activity with a minor has been continued until February.

The jury trial of 33 year Paige Fiebelkorn was scheduled to begin Tuesday morning in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court with jury selection. That process did not start after last minute motions from attorneys involved in the case led to a delay.

Fiebelkorn faces 16 felony charges, including third degree felony counts of sexual battery, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and tampering with evidence, along with an unclassified misdemeanor count of furnishing to an underage person.

The indictment alleges the offenses occurred at a home on West Pearl Street in Wapakoneta.
