Coldwater Village Council to Consider 2026 Appropriations, Board Appointment at Dec. 29 Meeting

COLDWATER, Ohio — The Village of Coldwater Council will hold its regular meeting Monday, December 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., with several financial and administrative items on the agenda.

The meeting will begin with roll call, the Pledge of Allegiance, and an invocation by Mr. Seitz, followed by the introduction of guests. Council members will then consider approval of the meeting minutes, bills, and the evening’s agenda.

During reports, updates will be provided by the Police Department, Finance Director, Village Manager, Mayor, and the Finance Committee.

Under new business, council will consider a motion to appoint Kevin Osterholt to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Council will also hold the first and final readings of two ordinances:

• Ordinance 1769, approving appropriations for the 2026 fiscal year

• Ordinance 1770, amending appropriations for 2025

The meeting will conclude with final comments from council members before adjournment.
