Mercer County Man Arrested on Multiple Sex-Related Felony Charges

The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 65-year-old Randy Wyerick on multiple felony charges involving a minor.

According to authorities, Wyerick is charged with 3 counts of sexual battery, a second-degree felony, involving a parent or guardian. He also faces 2 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, fourth-degree felonies.

In addition, Wyerick has been charged with 9 counts of gross sexual imposition, statutory, involving a victim under the age of 13.

Wyerick is currently being held without bond pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
