Coldwater School Board to Vote on Real Estate Purchase at Nov. 19 Special Meeting

The Coldwater Exempted Village Schools Board of Education will hold a special meeting Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 7:30 a.m. in the CAV Room at Coldwater High School.

The agenda includes one primary action item: Board consideration of a resolution authorizing the execution of a purchase and sale agreement for property located at 110 N. Market St., Coldwater, Ohio 45828. The resolution may be approved in a single motion along with other items.

As required by state law, district officials verified that all public notice requirements under Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 were met.

The meeting will open with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by roll call, agenda approval, and action on the real estate resolution. The session will conclude with adjournment.
