A Dayton man has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on 25 criminal counts, including multiple theft and trespassing charges, as well as felony counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle and failure to comply with police.

Brandy also faces several fifth-degree felony theft charges for reportedly taking multiple credit and debit cards, including a Chase Freedom Visa, Osgood Bank debit Mastercard, and other cards belonging to several victims.
Additional charges include misdemeanor theft, criminal trespass, and one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony. Prosecutors say Brandy willfully fled from law enforcement immediately after committing a felony offense.

The case, filed under Case No. 25-CRM-144, was presented by Mercer County Prosecutor Erin M. Minor. The indictment was returned as a true bill by the Mercer County Grand Jury.
If convicted on all charges, Brandy could face several years in prison and thousands of dollars in fines.
