DIABETIC SUPPORT GROUP OFFERED

The Diabetic Support Group will meet on Monday evening, November 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the Grand Lake Medical Office Building, Suite D at 1140 S. Knoxville Ave., in St. Marys.  The day-time meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 11, at 10:00 am, at the Grand Lake Medical Office Building. 

The program for November is titled Healthy Holidays.  This session will focus on ways to stay healthy during the holiday season.  We will discuss staying active, managing stress, healthy eating tips, and healthier food substitutions.  Krissy Mullenhour, RN, BSN, CDCES, Diabetes Education Coordinator, will be presenting.
