To hear an audio recap with St Henry Superintendent Adam Puthoff:
Last night, the St. Henry Consolidated Local Schools Board of Education held its monthly meeting in the High School Media Center.
Superintendent Adam Putoff reviewed the state report card and announced that the district’s overall rating improved to 4.5 stars, up from 4 stars last year — crediting students and staff for their continued hard work. Putoff also noted the district’s ongoing need for substitute and extracurricular bus drivers, encouraging anyone interested to contact the Central Office at 419-678-4834, extension 2101.
On Friday, October 17th, the district will conduct a full-scale safety drill in coordination with the St. Henry Police Department — a routine exercise to ensure preparedness.
Treasurer Jen Bruns presented the October 2025 financial forecast, highlighting ongoing discussions in the Ohio General Assembly about potential property tax reform, which could affect school funding.
The board approved several items, including over $6,000 in donations, an FFA overnight trip to the National Convention later this month, and an energy agreement extension with IGS Energy through 2028.
The next Board of Education meeting will be held Monday, November 10th at 7 p.m. in the High School Media Center.
