(CELINA) — The Celina City Schools Board of Education will meet Monday evening, October 13th, at 6 p.m. in the high school lecture hall.
On the agenda — reports from district employee associations, the treasurer, and facilities, along with public participation time.
Treasurer Michelle Mawer will present September’s financial reports, including more than $3.5 million in revenues and $8.2 million in expenditures for the month. The board will also consider the district’s five-year financial forecast, FY26 appropriations, and several donations totaling more than $10,000 in cash and equipment for school programs and student trips.
Superintendent Brooke Gessler will recommend a number of personnel and stipend approvals, including payments for tutoring, E-sports advising, and extended school year services. The board will also vote on overnight trips for FFA, FCCLA, and sixth-grade students, and will consider several memorandums of understanding related to teacher evaluation and professional growth.
The meeting agenda also includes a Head Start program update, budget reallocations, and the possibility of an executive session to discuss personnel matters.
