The following is a statement provided to WCSM Radio by St Marys School Superintendent Bill Ruane:

"St. Marys City Schools was notified by the SMPD on Monday night that they were conducting an investigation involving an employee. The employee was placed on leave and the district was given the employee's resignation. "
