46 year old Aaron Ballinger of Celina has been indicted on a single 5th degree felony charge of receiving stolen property. According to the indictment, in December of 2023, "did receive, retain, or dispose of an enclosed trailer, the property of Victim # 1, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property had been obtained through commission of a theft offense and the value of the property involved was one thousand dollars or more and was less than seven thousand five hundred dollars."
