29 year old Jonathan Landwehr of Van Wert was sentenced to 5 to 7 years in prison for 2 felony counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person. Van Wert County Common Pleas Court Martin Burchfield  ordered the sentences to be served consecutively, meaning a 10-15 year prison term. Landwehr was also sentenced on 2 other pandering counts but those sentences will run concurrently. Landwehr entered a guilty plea to six charges in late July. In exchange for 14 other charges being dismissed.
