2 people have been charged with assault and endangering children at the Victorum Learning Center in Celina. According to the complaints filed in Celina Municipal Court by the Mercer County Sheriff's office, 53 year old Jayne Ruwoldt and 32 year old Jordan Foust of Lima allegedly committed these offenses on or about May 1st. Video surveillance reportedly showed both suspects assault the child and setting the victim up against a wall and restraining the victim so they could not leave. The charges are 1st degree misdemeanors. In August of 2023, 2 people associated with Victorum were charged with assault and obstructing official business following an investigation by Deputies.
