26 year old Nakayla Hall of Lima has been arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff's office on a 5th degree felony charge of theft by deception. According to the indictment, the alleged theft happened last month and involved over 55-hundred dollars in store merchandise from the victim. Hall is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond at this time.
