On Saturday, the Celina Police arrested 44 year old Andrew Scott Hesse on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs and a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of possessing drug abuse instruments. Hesse was taken to the Mercer County Jail where he is being held on a $50,000 bond pending an appearance in court. To read the complaint filed in court:
