FreeCAD Computer Classes Planned at St. Marys Library

FreeCAD Computer Classes Planned at St. Marys Library

The St. Marys Community Public Library will offer three FreeCAD computer classes during August.

Classes will be held Monday, August 3, August 10 and August 17 at 6:00 p.m. Terry Kemmann will teach participants how to use FreeCAD to create three-dimensional designs and prepare files for 3D printing.

The classes are not a series, so participants may attend one session or all three.

Attendees may bring their own mobile device or laptop. A limited number of library computers will also be available by registration.

Registration is required.

Those unable to attend a scheduled class may contact the library to arrange a one-on-one technology session.

The library also offers half-hour individual sessions covering the Libby app for eReaders and mobile devices, online job applications, résumé assistance, Cricut Maker use and setting up email or social media accounts.

For more information or to register, call the St. Marys Community Public Library at 419-394-7471 or visit the library at 140 South Chestnut Street.
