St. Marys Announces Holiday Refuse Collection Schedule

The City of St. Marys will have an altered refuse collection schedule this week due to the July 4 holiday.

City offices will be closed on Friday, July 3. Customers who normally have refuse collected on Friday will instead have their refuse picked up on Thursday, July 2.

City officials say both Thursday and Friday routes will be collected on Thursday, July 2. Customers are asked to have their refuse at the collection point by 6 a.m. Thursday.

The early pickup time is due to the heat advisory issued by the National Weather Service this week.
