OHSAA Announces Fall Tournament Divisions For Golf, Girls Tennis, Soccer And Volleyball

The Ohio High School Athletic Association has announced new tournament divisional breakdowns for several fall sports, including girls and boys golf, girls tennis, girls and boys soccer and girls volleyball.

The 2026-27 school year marks the first year of a new two-year base enrollment cycle using data from the Ohio Department of Education. Soccer and girls volleyball also include OHSAA competitive balance data.

Several Mercer and Auglaize County schools are included in the new divisional assignments.

In girls golf, Celina, St. Marys Memorial and Wapakoneta are listed in Division I. Coldwater, Marion Local, Parkway, New Bremen, Fort Recovery, Minster and St. Henry are listed in Division II.

In boys golf, Wapakoneta, Celina and St. Marys Memorial are listed in Division I. Coldwater is listed in Division II. Parkway, St. Henry, New Bremen, Minster, Marion Local and Fort Recovery are listed in Division III.

In girls tennis, Wapakoneta is listed in Division I, while Celina and St. Marys Memorial are listed in Division II.

In girls soccer, Wapakoneta, Celina and St. Marys Memorial are listed in Division III. Coldwater is listed in Division V.

In boys soccer, Wapakoneta, Celina and St. Marys Memorial are listed in Division III. New Knoxville is listed in Division V.

In girls volleyball, Celina and Wapakoneta are listed in Division III, while St. Marys Memorial is listed in Division IV. Coldwater is listed in Division V. Marion Local, Parkway, Fort Recovery, New Bremen, Minster and St. Henry are listed in Division VI. Waynesfield-Goshen and New Knoxville are listed in Division VII.

OHSAA says schools had the opportunity in May to move up to Division I, and the final breakdowns reflect any schools that opted up.
