Two Rockford Men Indicted In Mercer County Common Pleas Court
Two Rockford men have been indicted in Mercer County Common Pleas Court in separate cases.
According to court records, Patrick S. Frederick is facing two counts in case number 26-CRM-070.
Patrick Frederick is charged with possession of LSD, a fifth-degree felony, and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a second-degree felony.
Court records list the alleged date of offense for both counts as on or about April 25th, 2025.
In a separate case, Payton M. Frederick is facing one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, in case number 26-CRM-069.
Court records state that charge involves methamphetamine, a Schedule II drug. The alleged date of offense is also listed as on or about April 25th, 2025.
Both indictments were filed June 18th in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
