Two Booked By Mercer County Sheriff’s Office In Separate Common Pleas Cases

Two people were booked into custody by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on June 18th and are listed as awaiting court hearings in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

According to jail records, 57-year-old Patrick Sheldon Frederick was booked on one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, create or produce material, a second-degree felony.

He is also listed as facing one count of possession of drugs, obtain, possess or use, a fifth-degree felony.

Frederick’s case is listed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court under case number 26-CRM-070. He is being held on no bond.

Jail records also show 30-year-old Payton Michael Frederick was booked on June 18th by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.

Payton Frederick is listed as facing one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.
