Mercer County Board Of Elections Appoints Mason Landers As Deputy Director
The Mercer County Board of Elections has appointed Mason Landers as the office’s new deputy director.
Mercer County Board of Elections Director Kristi Rable said the board voted to appoint Landers to the position. Landers is from the Mendon area and has lived in Mercer County his entire life.
Landers is scheduled to begin his new role on July 6th.
The appointment fills the deputy director position following the resignation of Stephanie Redfearn Murdoch earlier this year.
The Mercer County Board of Elections office is located at 101 North Main Street, Room 107, in Celina. The office is responsible for local election administration in Mercer County, including election preparation, voter services, candidate and campaign finance information, absentee voting materials and poll worker coordination.
Rable said the board welcomes Landers as he prepares to join the office.
