Lima Man Facing Receiving Stolen Property Charge In Auglaize County

A Lima man is facing a felony receiving stolen property charge in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court.

According to court records, 36-year-old Jonathan S. Mallak of Lima is charged with receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

The case was filed in Common Pleas Court on June 15th after being bound over from Auglaize County Municipal Court. 

A subpoena from Auglaize County Municipal Court was also returned and filed on June 16th for Deputy James Holtzapple, Trooper J. Nartker and Andy Ray.

The charge is an accusation, and Mallak is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
