Coldwater Village Council met Tuesday night, with several items discussed during the meeting.

According to Village Administrator Jason Eyink, council held the second reading of Ordinance 1776, which would accept a replat of lots 1839 and 1840. Council also held the second reading of Ordinance 1777, which would adopt a cybersecurity program for the village.

Council also entered into executive session to discuss land, but no action was taken.

Eyink also updated council on several ongoing village projects.

The East Plum Street waterline and resurfacing project has been completed.

Work is also continuing on the Second Street project. Eyink said the area north of Pine Street was expected to receive a base coat of asphalt, weather permitting.

The Diamond 8 lighting project at the park is also progressing. Eyink said the village expected to have all of the foundations for the light poles in place.
