St. Marys To Conduct Mosquito Spraying This Week

The City of St. Marys will be spraying for mosquitoes this week, weather permitting.

According to the city, spraying is scheduled for May 20th and 21st, or May 21st and 22nd, depending on weather conditions.

Spraying will take place between 9 PM and midnight, and again from 4 AM to 7 AM.

Residents with respiratory issues or other health sensitivities are advised to keep windows and doors closed during those hours.

The city says evening spraying will begin on the east side of town and end at the river. Morning spraying will start at the river and cover the west side of town.
