38 year old Jeffrey Hall of Celina has been arrested and charged with felony domestic violence charges stemming from an incident earlier this month. According to court records, Hall was arrested after the Celina Police were called to a residence on Hemlock Street for a complaint that Hall assaulted his girlfriend. Hall has a previous Domestic Violence conviction in 2015. This charge against Hall is a 4th degree felony. Hall faces up to 18 months in prison if convicted.
