According to online records, 35 year old Kayla Goins has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on 2 5th degree felony theft charges and 1 misdemeanor charge of theft stemming from the alleged misuse of a credit card involving 2 victims late last month. Goins was taken into custody over the weekend and held without bond pending an apperance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To view the indictment:
