This week, 49 year old Todd Hutchison of Lima was sentenced to up to 5 years of community control sanctions for one 5th degree felony count of possession of drugs and a 4th degree felony charge of tampering with evidence. Hutchison pleaded guilty to these charges last month and was sentenced this week in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. The case began after a traffic stop in March in Celina where Hutchison and a passenger were found to be in possession of narcotics.
