A 21 year old Cridersville man died in an industrial accident Monday Morning. According to the Auglaize County Sheriff's Office, Ayden Hadding was crushed by a large bridge beam at Kard Welding on Osterloh Road.in Minster just before 7 am. The beam reportedly shifted and fell on him while he was hooking it up, moving it through a sandblaster or between machines. Hadding died on the scene.  Detectives interviewed the owners and several employees. A witness noted that the loud machinery in the plant prevented them from hearing the beam shift, and although they found the victim within a minute or two, it was too late. The incident was deemed accidental in nature. OSHA has been contacted and will conduct an investigation.
