35 year old Linter Tare of Celina has been charged with a 1st degree misdemeanor of domestic violence. According to the complaint, Tare allegedly struck and choked the victim in the back seat of a vehicle Monday in Celina. A warrant has been issued for Tare. Bond and a court date has not been set.
