According to a complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, 33 year old Tyler Gorby of St Marys has been charged with a 1st degree misdemeanor of sex imposition. The complaint accuses Gorby of grabbing the buttocks of the victim at Celina's Lakeshore Park on the afternoon of Friday May 30th. A warrant has been issued for Gorby at this time.
