Search Warrant Executed in Decatur, IN

 

On May 7, 2025, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Decatur Police Department and the Indiana State Police, executed a search warrant at a residence in Decatur, Indiana, as part of an ongoing investigation

into the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.

This warrant stems from a 2024 investigation initiated by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. As a result of the search, Christopher Teeple, age 35, was arrested on eleven (11) counts related to IC 35-42-4-4Child exploitation; possession of child pornography and one count of possession of a controlled substance. Teeple is currently being held in the Adams County Jail.

who exploit children are held accountable.
