For the media:
A Celina Aluminum Precision Associate Inc. (CAPT) associate was injured on Friday
while performing a repair to a machine. He was transported to a hospital but did not
survive. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
CAPT notified the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and will work with
OSHA to help discover the cause of this accident.
CAPT has made arrangements for counselors to be available for any of our associates.
We will make no additional comments regarding this accident at this time.
