On Sunday, the Celina Police arrested 62 year old Sandra Woods of Lima on 2 5th Degree felony charges of theft without consent and criminal tresspass. Woods was taken to the Mercer County Jail where she is being held without bond pending an apperance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To read the complaint as filed in court:
