On Friday, the Mercer County Sheriff's Office arrested 43 year old Rachel Renee Clark of Greenville on a single 5th degree felony count of theft by deception and 2 first degree misdemeanor counts of theft by deception. Clark was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held without bond pending an apperance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.To read the indictment:
