19 year old Kylie Leann Kent of Delphos has been charged with a 3rd degree misdemeanor due to consuming alcohol at a Celina residence last month. Kent is free on bond and will be arraigned in Celina Municipal Court on Monday April 28th at 1:30 pm. To read the complaint filed in court:
