Online records show the Mercer County Sheriff's Office has arrested 53 year old Andrea Eve Bowman on 15 4th degree felony counts of theft by deception and 15 5th degree felony counts of possessing drugs. Bowman was arrested Friday April 18th and is being held without bond. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
