21 year old Cecilia Schaadt of St Henry was arrested this week on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of theft. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Schaadt allegedly stole nearly 90 dollars worth of merchandise from Walmart on Monday afternoon. Schaadt was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held on a 2-thousand-dollar bond. To read the complaint:
