On Saturday, the Celina Police arrested 42 year Samuel Thomas Bibbs of Kenton on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs. Bibbs is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending an apperance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. For details on Bibbs' arrest:
